Issues: Draft Turner Road
Commercial Development Plan

Council are currently advertising the Turner Road Commercial Centre Masterplan and associated draft Development Control Plan (DCP) amendments and are limiting all development within the Centre to a maximum of two storeys. Written submissions should be sent to Council by Friday, 2 December 2005. The revised Masterplan and associated draft DCP amendments may also be viewed on the Council website at:

I think it is really important for as many people as possible to write in or respond directly via the website, congratulating Council on the decision to limit all buildings to two storeys. We are quick to criticise so we should also be quick to praise!
