that are a Workplace Health and Safety concern for us as residents using
We believe that it is your duty of care towards the community that such issues should be repaired as necessary.
We feel that it is our duty to report these to you as responsible residents and ratepayers.
We are available to meet your representatives on site to assist in identifying the problems highlighted below.

the west side of the ferry crossing the Marina businesses have a concrete
pathway from the public Car Park to the shops which is unfenced leaving
a 2 to 4 metre drop into water or mud at low tide.
situation has existed for some years however the matter has been raised
again with our association as it has recently alarmed parents with small
children. The walkway is the most direct route from the car park and
play area having considered the alternative roadside walk with its inherent
danger from passing traffic. Being close to play equipment parents guard
and perhaps alertness is relaxed.
