We believe that it is your duty of care towards the community that such issues should be repaired as necessary.
We feel that it is our duty to report these to you as responsible residents and ratepayers.
We believe that the following issue may be Council's responsibility to police or have in-house staff repair or maintain:
2012 - 002 footpath Berowra Waters Road - west side, Crowley to Hillcrest
The fill has been eroded on either side of the footpath and the gap from the concrete to the remaining fill is at places 100mm deep. The fill has been washed away over time and little or no maintenance been carried out despite grinding of uneven joints to make it safer and easier for walkers.
